GOOD NEWS – Members’ full conference ticket prices remain the same as last year

• Pick-and-mix tickets are available for those who can’t attend the full event
• Book early to secure your choice of afternoon activities
• Bookings close 23.55 on Sunday 16th August

Please note: you can only book and pay for one delegate in each booking, including for pick-and-mix tickets. This enables us to record selected activities and any special dietary requirements, allergies or accessibility requests for each delegate accurately and efficiently. If you wish to book tickets for more than one delegate, please make a separate booking and payment for each delegate. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept payment via debit/credit card and PayPal.

Please select your Friday afternoon activities when you book your conference ticket. You cannot book activities later.

Please read the descriptions of activities on the Activities & Visits page before making your choice and note any PPE requirements and access advice. The visit to the Tyne Bridge requires steel toe-capped boots – you must bring your own. We have a limited number of hard hats and high viz vests for other visits, but please bring your own if possible.

Accommodation (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) – single occupancy: £65 per night

Accommodation (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) – double occupancy: £85 per night

Note: When booking double occupancy, please provide the full name of the additional occupant when requested during the check-out process. Beds in all rooms are small – or ‘cosy’ – doubles (120cmx190cm).

Optional two-course buffet dinner in Ernest Bar on Thursday night: £25
