Sponsorship & Donations

As a registered small charity, generous sponsorship and donations allow the BLF to ensure we can offer high-quality events as inexpensive as possible. Sponsorship levels are designed to allow support of all levels.

CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP

Sponsorship of the annual gathering of The Building Limes Forum (BFL) helps reduce costs, making the event more accessible. Your support allows the BLF to invite renowned speakers from around the world without compromising the event’s sustainability. It also enables the BLF to provide bursaries for those starting their careers in lime who might otherwise be unable to attend. As a registered charity, BLF ensures donations are tax- efficient. Sponsorship opportunities are available at various levels to fit all budgets. See final page for more information.

BURSARY FUND DONATIONS

The Building Limes Forum has a fund for bursaries to help with the cost of attendance at the gathering for those who would not otherwise be able to afford it. Usually, about 15 bursaries worth about £5,000 are awarded.

If you would like to make a donation specifically to support the bursary fund, we can offer the same benefits as for the sponsorship packages above, commensurate with the value of the donation.

 

AUCTION & RAFFLE DONATIONS

The BLF will also accept gifts to be auctioned or raffled in support of the bursary fund. Gifts may be items (such as books, prints, wine and spirits, tools, or training courses) or in-kind donations (such as time spent with an expert on site, at a place of interest or in a workshop or laboratory).

Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to make a donation and provide us with details of the item or in-kind donation.

Please note that we need to have details of auction or raffle gifts two weeks before the conference date.

 

ONE-OFF FINANCIAL DONATIONS

We also accept one-off financial donations to the BLF at any time!

If you are interested in contributing other information or leaflets to be included in the delegate packs, or advertising with us throughout the gathering, please contact us directly to discuss options and opportunities.

Sponsors will need to fill out the supplied sponsorship form to provide us with relevant information. Additionally, high resolution branding, such as logos, will need to be provided for conference and publicity purposes.
