Drinks reception followed by fish, chips and ice cream in the Palm Court Restaurant on the Palace Pier in Brighton. This grade II* listed pier dates from 1899 and is a third of a mile long. As the sun goes down, enjoy a glass of Prosecco and some seaside favourites from the west facing Palm Court restaurant.
