ISLE OF MAN

2008 Conference and Gathering
15-17 August

It is expected that most people will travel to the Isle of Man on Thursday 14th August 2008. There will be a day of talks in Douglas, the capital of the island, on the Friday. The Saturday and Sunday will be based at King William's College near Castletown with transport from Douglas laid on.

Accommodation will be centred on Douglas, the capital of the Isle of Man and a tourist resort which has a variety of accommodation. It is hoped that people will wish to extend their stay, perhaps making the Isle of Man their destination for a family summer holiday.

The conference meeting point and hotel is The Claremont, 18-22 Loch Promenade, Douglas. Contact the hotel by email or telephone reservations on 01624 698800 or using the contact page on the hotel website.

The Empress, Central Promenade, tel: 01624 661155, from £35.00 per person per night.
